Quality
1. Strength, slump, and air volume At the point of discharge, the following conditions must be met.
- If the purchaser specified the days, follow it. If not, it should be 28 days
- The result of one test shall not be less than 85% of the nominal strength value specified by the purchaser.
- The average value of the three test results shall be not less than the value of the nominal strength specified by the purchaser.

Notes on Ordering Ready Mixed Concrete
Ready Mixed Concrete Formula
Mortar
Characteristics of Mortar
- Crack reduction performance : Manufacturing with accurate design ratio
- Achieve superior quality : Quality control by factory production
- Excellent work performance :Excellent pumping performance and flat performance
- Excellent finish performance : Excellent surface finish texture and flatness
- Excellent manageability of construction : Silo installation in a construction site is unnecessary
- Economic Cost : Reduce material cost and construction management cost
Fiber Reinforced Concrete
Fiber Reinforced Concrete
- Dispersing fiber in plain concrete
- Stereoscopic reinforcement suppresses crack generation
- Using cellulose fiber (Ultra Fiber-500)
- Crack can be reduced by replacing wire-mesh
Fiber Reinforced Concrete
Good Finishing Performance of Concrete Surface
Natural wood fiber creates good dispersibility.
No surface exposure and no fiber-balling phenomenon
Excellent Crack reduction performance
Cost reduction and good workability,
replacing Wire-Mesh
Excellent economical efficiency and construction
Three-dimensional reinforcement on shrink tensile stress and
hydration reaction control ability from water retention of wood fiber
Various Applications
Various kinds of plain concrete
(Underground parking lot floor finish, waterproof layer pressing, etc.)
Decoration concrete, color concrete, etc.
Comparison of Characteristics of Fiber Reinforced Concrete
Category | Wire-Mesh Concrete | Fiber Reinforced Concrete |
---|---|---|
Size | Wire-Mesh ( #8-@ 150 *150 ) | Cellulose Fiber 0.30㎏/㎥ |
Reinforcement Type | Planar reinforcement crack control ability is insufficient | Three-dimensional reinforcement is sure to reduce cracks |
Material Property | Metal | Hydrophilic wood fiber |
Chemical Resistance | Poor acid resistance – corrosion | Good acid resistance and alkali resistance |
Water Resistance | Defective – corrosion phenomenon | Good |
Strength and Weakness | • On-site transportation and installation are difficult • Management of yard space and corrosion are necessary • It is difficult to maintain uniform coating thickness • Watertight can be easily torn during installation • Crack inhibition ability is not effective |
• Excellent workability (concrete factory mix) • Reduce construction period and cost • Excellent finish performance • Excellent crack reduction performance |
Exposure Concrete
Exposure Concrete
Exposed concrete is a construction that includes finishing work as well as frame construction.
The concrete should be good in workability, and the material separation of the aggregate, the pavement, and the cold joint should not occur.
The natural color of the concrete should be maintained or the color of the color concrete should be maintained.
Characteristics of Exposed concrete
Reduce Construction Period by Concurrent Work of Construction
Finishing process after concrete pouring is unnecessary.
A Variety of Colors
You can produce colorful concrete
by adding colors to concrete.
Skip painting work
The natural color of the concrete remains intact, pure, and natural.
The surface is smooth like being coated, so no painting is necessary.
Comprehensive Coverage
It can be applied to a variety of areas.
High Strength Concrete
Concrete with tensile strength of 40 Mpa or higher is called high-strength concrete. It is possible to secure the safety of the structure and reduce the construction cost,
because it has high durability, maintenance cost is reduced, and economical efficiency is high. Therefore, it is widely used for compression member of structures,
and also in bridges, PC beams, etc.
Low Heat Concrete
It is the concrete that minimizes the temperature, crack and stress caused by hydration heat of cement by lowering the heat of hydration of cement carcass or mixing technology of mineral admixture. It is mainly applied to super huge structures such as underground structures, dams, marine, and port structures.
User Demand Combination
Depending on the situation of the construction site, the product can be delivered at the ratio required by the contractor.
After receiving a field formulation design table, the design is applied to the product, which in turn is quickly delivered.
